Here are the steps required in order to process your refund:
1. Use Advanced Eye Firming as directed for the
entire 30/60 day period.
2. Phone or E-mail our customer service department at customerservice@uristcosmetics.com
within 40 days (30 day package) or 70 days (60 day package) after receiving
Advanced Eye Firming System to request a
Return Authorization Number (RAN).
3. Return ALL product containers of Advanced Eye Firming System: empty, unused or partially used. Write the RAN on
the outside of the box. Include a letter with the following
information:
a) the RAN
b) the contents
of the box
c) reason for
returning the product
4. We must receive your return shipment at our office within 10
business days following our confirmation of your return authorization
number.
No return will be accepted or refund given without a Return
Authorization Number.
No refund will be given without the receipt of all the product
containers.
We interpret a reorder of product to indicate customer satisfaction.
No refunds will be given once a reorder is placed.
If all the conditions of our return policy are met, you will receive
a courteous and prompt refund. If you paid by credit card, a
credit will be issued to the same credit card account within 7 business
days of receipt of your returned product. If you paid by check or
money order, a refund check will be mailed to you within 15 working days
of receipt of the return.
