Here are the steps required in order to process your refund:

2.  Phone or E-mail our customer service department at customerservice@uristcosmetics.com within 60 days of receiving Herb-A-Clear to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN). 

3.  Return ALL product jars of Herb-A-Clear: empty, unused or partially used.   Write the RAN on the outside of the box.  Include a  letter with the following information: 

          a) the RAN
          b) the contents of the box
          c) reason for returning the product

No return will be accepted or refund given without  a Return Authorization Number. 
No refund will be given without the receipt of all the product jars.

We interpret a reorder of product to indicate customer satisfaction.  No refunds will be given once a reorder is placed.

If all the conditions of our return policy are met, you will receive a courteous and prompt refund.  If you paid by credit card, a credit will be issued to the same credit card account within 7 business days of receipt of your returned product.  If you paid by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you within 15 working days of receipt of the return.
